Group Picnic Fees: 1. Group Picnics start at $420.00 and serve five guests. 2. Every additional incurs a $30 per person fee. 3. Group and event picnics over 25 guests will incur a $1000.00 large group fee. 4. Add ons such as custom food, decor, and photography can incur an additional fee. Group Picnics start with accommodations for five, but we can accommodate up to approximately 50 people (that is a rough limit, we are up for a challenge!). With a group picnic you will get a custom picnic set up for two hours that includes a plate chargers, silverware, plates, linen napkins, and glassware for your whole party. It will have a fresh or dried floral centerpiece on each table, a table runner, and specialty decor items like lanterns and candles. A rug or blanket and pillows will also be provided for all of your guests. You will also have fringe umbrellas (weather permitting), Bluetooth speaker, customizable chalkboard and vintage picnic basket included. A table will be provided for the included charcuterie and beverages. Charcuterie for group picnics are market price and prices to the picnic adjust accordingly. To book and reserve your date you must put a non-refundable deposit down and the balance is due the day before your picnic. Deposit is required to secure your booking and date will not held until the deposit is paid. Though you can provide location and date preferences in your booking form, the location and time will be agreed upon during the consultation process and is subject to change due to weather and/or space available. After you’re finished with your picnic, you can just leave with your memories and the picnic crew will come clean up.
